History:
About this historical monument, it should be said that it is the only remnant of the city of Toos.
In fact, other parts of this historical and ancient city have been destroyed, and only this monument remains from that era, which is also called Harunieh Mausoleum or Harunieh Dome.
There is no exact information available about what use this beautiful and historical place, which dates back centuries, was.
In one of these quotes, it is said that this monument was used to imprison criminals.
Some even believe that Imam Musa Kazem (AS) was imprisoned in it.
But in some texts, it is said that this building was a fire temple, of course, before Islam, and it is stated that this building was used as a music room for the Mamuniyeh house.
But on the other hand, the appearance of Haruniyeh does not resemble a prison, and on the other hand, when Harun al-Rashid arrived in this area, he did not have much time to build this building because he died and lost his life.

Architecture:
The architecture of this building shows the 8th century AH and has the Azeri architectural style.
Its building is square and made of brick.
The double-shell dome on the roof of this building is 22 meters high and has no decoration.
The exterior of this building looks like a rectangular building from a distance.
This building is entirely made of brick.
No carvings or tile work can be seen in it.
Although this building, while simple, adds to its beauty and its grandeur and splendor dazzles the eyes of every viewer.
Inside this building, there is 1 porch, 3 rooms, 4 royal residences and a library.
Also, there are lattice windows and four cruciform porches inside, and 8 arches, and a fountain with a “five and seven” arch, and simple, light-filled views that make this place look eye-catching and magnificent.
In the past, this tomb had three entrances.
Today, its eastern and western entrances are closed and have been transformed into lattice windows, and only its southern entrance is open.
Outside the building, there is a rectangular garden and a stone that represents the tomb of Imam Muhammad Ghazali.
In recent years, a museum-like space has been added to this complex, where inscriptions and old gravestones are kept.
This monument was registered as a cultural heritage on January 5, 1310, with number 173 in the list of historical monuments of Iran.
