Baghu Village of Kish is a settlement for the natives of the island, located in its southwestern part.
The name of this village is taken from the name of a 100-year-old old woman named “Baghu” who lived in this village in the past, when Kish was under the control of foreign countries.

This village, by distancing itself from the modern part of the island, reminds us of the life of the ancient people.
In Baghu Village, one of the valuable monuments that will attract your attention is its old mosque, the Prophet’s Mosque (PBUH), and its construction date dates back to 981 AH.
In Baghu Village, there are a large number of native trees, one of the most prominent of which are the old “Lur” trees.
The laurel tree is one of the rarest tree species in the world, belonging to the fig family and has oval-shaped leaves.
