Drak Mountain Park is one of the largest parks in Iran, located in the city of Shiraz, on the slopes of Drak Mountain in the northwest of the city.

Description:
Drak Mountain Park, with an area of 580 hectares, is located on the western slopes of Drak Mountain, near the future Tang-e-Sorkh Dam in Shiraz.
Drak Mountain is located along the Zagros Mountain Range, which starts from the west of Shiraz and ends in the village of Aliabad by passing through the northwest.
The northern peaks of this mountain are covered with snow from early to late December.
The construction of this park began in March 2013.
The first phase of Drak Park was opened by the Shiraz Municipality in the summer of 2017 after four years.
In the first phase, facilities such as a bicycle track, a walkway, a gazebo, a toilet, a children’s playground, a medicinal plant garden, etc. were made available to the public.
The development plan for this park is currently underway in the second and third phases, and with the construction of the Tang Sorkh Dam, its area will increase to 1,000 hectares.

There is a suitable path in this park for mountain climbing.

In this tourist amusement park, you can experience using the cable car, zip line, and large Ferris wheel.
Drak Mountain Park is a place of residence where a high-quality hotel has been built.
The medicinal plant planting garden also looks attractive to nature lovers.
A bicycle rental station is located next to the park entrance.
The most exciting fun in this park is the zipline, which is up to 200 meters high and has a length of 1200 meters.

Zipline rules:
To use the zipline, you will first be trained by experienced instructors.
It is also possible to use the zipline for children under 9 years old with their parents.
Due to the steep slopes on the walking paths, accessing the park is a bit difficult. Therefore, if you are not in good physical condition, do not use the Drak Mountain Park walking path.
Drak Park is built in the mountain and its climate is significantly colder in the fall and winter seasons than in the first half of the year.
