Tang Dam Asb Shiraz

Introduction:
Tang Dam Asb is located in the Kohmareh Sorkh region of the village of Kore Bes, 40 kilometers from Shiraz.
The Kohmareh Sorkh region was known as Rum Divan during the Sassanid era and was a place where nomads lived.
The name Dam Asb comes from a tall waterfall in this gorge that flows down from high cliffs and looks like a horse’s tail.
To reach this beautiful waterfall, you must climb the slopes of the mountain and continue the path through giant cliffs.
Some paths are so narrow that only one person can pass.
Oak and pomegranate trees and oregano bushes can be seen along the entire path.
If you are lucky, you can also see Iranian squirrels along the path.
The emergence of this area occurs after a terrible earthquake.
After this earthquake, a lake 200 meters long is created.
In the spring and summer seasons, this area has a very pleasant climate, but the rest of the year it is extremely cold.
