Decorations and architecture:
A very amazing carving work has been done on the tomb of Imamzadeh and its shrine.

The paths used inside the shrine are decorated with golden hexagonal tiles.

They are also all decorated in a single piece with a height of 1 meter.
The type of wall and ceiling covering changes as we go up from the floor.
The walls and ceiling of the dome are decorated with embossed stucco and delicate gilding, which ends with a twelve-pointed star at the end of the dome from the inside.
The exterior of the dome is also decorated with tiles to add to the grandeur and splendor of the entire complex.
The decorations of the dome are related to the actions of “Shah Abbas I Safavid”.
The outer border around the dome is also decorated with simple masonry lines in azure color on a brick background.
This border contains the holy Surah Tawhid and other phrases.
However, the stem of the dome is decorated with masonry lines in a one-to-one manner, each of which is repeated four times.
There are also stucco decorations around the shrine.
In such a way that the verses of the Quran, the name of the founder, and the year of writing are all stated in a square-shaped border.
Inside the shrine of Imamzadeh Ismail, there are two tombstones that were built in 1047 AH and 1143 AH.
There is also a marble tombstone that is attributed to “Zinat Nisa Begum”, the daughter of Shah Ismail III, the granddaughter of Shah Sultan Hussein.

Imamzadeh Ismail of Isfahan is a very precious and magnificent collection of architecture and decorations that draws people to it to pray in it.
