Operation and management of the entire project of the Abadgaran Mountain Tourist and Welfare Complex on a 47-hectare land in the western heights of Mountain Sangi overlooking the city of Mashhad and the holy shrine of Samen al-Hajj By providing a variety of services, including renting furnished units on a nightly, monthly, and annual basis to contracting organizations, as well as establishing an integrated financial system, this complex succeeded in receiving an official operation license from the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization after 15 years. With the presence of a professional operation team, many of the past problems, including the processes related to calculating and receiving the owners' charges, were significantly improved.
